Well said, very clear point of view.

It's a shame this didn't get more media coverage

Fair enough Shane saying that it's acceptable to make errors on the paper if they realise them and the Superintendent has the corrections but I think the ISSU are absolutely right in that what happened today was a digrace!! Like 4 whole questions were missing from my paper and the exam teacher secretary one was running around like a headless chicken tryna get the right paper off the SEC and the fax machine was broken and then the email get going into the spam folder or something... we were all freaking out and the superintendent was just telling us to get on with the rest of the paper and not to worry... NOT TO WORRY?? We didn't even know if the rest of the paper was the right one after a load of it being missing!!

Well as someone who sat the ordinary Accounting exam today I think its is acceptable for the State Examiniations Commission to make erros on the paper as long as they realise it and the examiner on the day has the corrections to read on.

What happened the Junior Cert Business exam was unacceptable though.

What a strange HL german paper. I'm actually shocked. All that learning was for nothing.. all those topics I had prepared, for nothing... wow the SEC guys are really off the radar this year. No boland, and a silly german paper... so silly infact, It would be hard to get an A1.

Ailbhe is completely right about the Home Ec paper, it really was not a fair paper at all! Nothing on food, apart from one optional Q on fish came up the social studies elective, which most schools do, was basically based on your knowledge of the recession. It was all about general knowledge.

We had to dicuss indepth Irish exports, something which is not a major part of the course. Everyone I know thought it was a complete joke of a paper. I feel as though my two years of studying Home ec have been more or less a waste of time and as though my friends who don't do Home Ec could have went into the exam and waffled as well as I did and done okay.

Also I would like to emphasis that the predictions from certain places did not, in any manner come up and I wasted my time studying them. Oh gosh seriously, my A is gone down the drain.
