The I AM Student Newspaper is an opportunity to voice your opinions as a student. Every article and interview begins with the phrase I am… We are trying to show and explain how the world around us works, in our own words, the way we see it. Here you can write about anything that effects of interests you.

What is ‘I am’

This is an opportunity to write about issues you care about most. Write about an issue you are affected by, something you know a lot about or just something you have an opinion on!

Every Article will be read and reviewed by the Communications Officer and the ‘I am’ internal ISSU Working Group. Want to know more about the process? You can contact newspaper@issu.ie

Advice:

We would advise that you do not fill this form out all at once. We suggest you write your article between 200-300 words. You can write more, or less, its totally up to you this is just a guide.

To write at your absolute best we suggest;

  1. Plan your article a little bit beforehand 

  2. Write the article out in Google Docs or Microsoft Word

  3. Paste the article into the form

  4. Submit it!
